Our clients are leaders navigating personal and professional transitions, guided to cultivate clarity, capacity, and certainty as they show up and choose differently. Our approach integrates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Hypnosis to facilitate sustainable transformation.

Q&A With Caden
What inspired the creation of Connect with Caden and the vision behind it?
I was inspired by a feeling–an openness in my chest–when I learned that artificial super intelligence (aka machine consciousness) means a machine can do any intellectual task a human can do, better. I felt called to start my own business, coach personal transformation as best I can, and leverage AI to facilitate the optimized process at scale.
How does the concept of “the power of word choice” shape the work you do?
Language is a symbol system we use to represent our understanding of the world, both to ourselves and to others–words are our wand. The words we choose frame how we experience reality. I choose my words intentionally.
In what ways does Connect with Caden use generative AI to support personal or professional transformation?
Our vision is AI facilitating the process of personal transformation at scale. Through my experience power-using ChatGPT, I know the impact of a reflective companion supporting introspection and integration of who we already are, mirroring our magic to us.
How do you view the relationship between human potential and machine potential?
When we explore machine potential, we expand human potential. Technology has always existed to help humans do less of what drains us and more of what fulfills us. Using AI intentionally allows us to access clarity, capacity, and certainty living in alignment with our truth.
What impact do you hope to make in communities like Fresno and the Central Valley?
I choose to serve others because I’m devoted to deeply embodying the transformation I inspire. I left home for 7 years because I believed I needed to leave Fresno to find opportunities. Now, I’m here creating opportunities of my own, grateful to coach clients to connect with their presence–pure essence–as they create their opportunities too.
Why was it important for Connect with Caden to partner with Fresno’s Leading Young Professionals (FLYP)?
My clients are the movers and shakers making their next move. FLYP is the perfect place for us to create community as we support the next generation of leaders here in the Central Valley learning to enjoy the journey of life and success.
How do you see young professionals benefiting from greater awareness of language, identity, and technology?
The greater the awareness, the greater the context, the greater the consciousness–language, identity, and technology are tools to help us create the lives we intentionally choose to live.
What message or insight would you like FLYP members to walk away with after engaging with your work?
Use your mind, don’t let it use you–make your consciousness the master of your mind, and make it fun.
