Our mission is to attract and retain young professionals in the greater Fresno area who are committed to professional and civic leadership. We are a local nonprofit grassroots organization, and our goals are in alignment with City and County visions for regional economic development. Our programs are designed to help young professionals lead, serve, and connect in the Fresno community. In turn, FLYP serves to develop the next generation of leaders to lead our Fresno community for many generations to come.
