Thursday, December 17, is a big day for Downtown Fresno, with the City Council set to consider several key steps in the revitalization process. Among the top issues:(1) The contract to develop new land use “plans” (really they’re laws) for Downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. (2)A package of downtown development incentives based on the deferral of City impact fees. Let your voice be heard!
